Completing All Motor Measurements Automatically
MES-Complete is a system that can automatically complete all measurements involved in a motor evaluation.
MES-Complete acquires data based on a variety of conditions related to motor performance, such as the torque, rotation speed and advance angle, which all can be set freely. Once the conditions are set, the system automatically generates a map of characteristic data while controlling the motor temperature and monitoring for errors.
MES comes with a user-friendly GUI (Graphical User Interface). You can drive a motor just by entering numeric values as parameters. It is possible to set each parameter in greater detail than ever, allowing you to conduct precise measurements of a motor in its development phase. What's more, MES-Complete offers many different measurement patterns, which helps you streamline the measurement work from various perspectives. All measurement results are output automatically.

Easy Measurement with Actual Measurement Values
Inductance measurement is a burdensome task. In the past, a lot of time needed to be spent on the measurement, but MES-Complete reduces the time required for the measurement and displays actual measurement values in graph form.
This leads to increased inverter control performance. Also, with its function to graphically present I-T and N-T characteristics, the system enables you to gain in-depth insight into the features of various types of motors and measure the performance of these individual motors. The benefit you get from this all will far exceed your expectations.

- All you need to prepare is a motor to be tested. We will provide the other necessary components.
- The system can automatically acquire the data of the individual measurement items.

- The motor under test can be driven using the inverter under test. (No adjustment is necessary on your part.)
- You can upgrade to MES-Complete.
