The office of Myway Plus occupies the eighth floor of the Hanasaki Bldg. that faces the "Minato Mirai" area of Yokohama. The office boasts a wall of large windows offering a sweeping view of the area.

The Hanasaki Bldg. is located near the "Minato Mirai" town area where cutting-edge trends and nature can coexist. One of the building's advantages is its proximity to some of the major railway stations in Yokohama, such as Yokohama Station, Sakuragicho Station and Kannai Station. There are many attractions and sites in this area that let people enjoy watching and feeling the changes of the four seasons up close, including the Ohoka River and Mount Kamon, both famous for cherry blossom viewing in spring, and the fireworks show that is held in Minato Mirai every summer.

The R&D section of Myway Plus is a spacious, high-ceiling facility that occupies the entire first floor of the Hanasaki Bldg.
